Our commitment
CallServ Limited is committed to providing a Website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We view accessibility as an ongoing responsibility and an important part of delivering professional, inclusive customer experiences.
Accessibility standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2, Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines explain how to make digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. Our target is intended to guide design, content, development, procurement and remediation decisions; it is not a claim that every page or third-party component currently conforms in every respect.
Measures we take
- include accessibility considerations in Website design, content and development practices;
- use meaningful page structure, headings, labels, link text and alternative text;
- support keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus;
- work toward sufficient colour contrast, text resizing and responsive reflow;
- provide captions, transcripts or alternatives for multimedia where appropriate;
- review forms for clear instructions, programmatic labels and understandable error messages;
- evaluate accessibility through a combination of automated tools and human review; and
- address reported barriers based on impact, severity and technical feasibility.
Known limitations and third-party content
Some content or functionality may be provided by third parties, including embedded media, recruitment platforms, maps, social-media features or linked documents. Although we seek accessible solutions and encourage providers to improve accessibility, CallServ may not control every aspect of a third-party service. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so that we can provide assistance or a reasonable alternative where practicable.
Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty accessing content or using a feature, or if you need information in an alternative format, contact us using the details below. Please identify the page or feature, describe the barrier, and tell us the format or assistance you need. We will acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days and work to provide a response or reasonable alternative as promptly as practicable.

Compatibility
The Website is intended to work with current versions of widely used browsers, operating systems and assistive technologies. Older or unsupported technologies may provide a less effective experience. Users are encouraged to keep browsers and assistive technologies updated where possible.
Continuous improvement
We periodically review this Statement and our accessibility practices. As the Website changes, we will continue to assess and prioritize improvements. Feedback from users is an important part of that process.
