1. Overview
CallServ Limited (“CallServ,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly, transparently and securely. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information when you visit www.callservtt.com and other CallServ webpages that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Website”), communicate with us, request information, apply for employment, participate in a CallServ demonstration, or otherwise interact with CallServ where we determine the purposes and means of processing.
This Policy is designed to reflect the privacy principles in the Data Protection Act, 2011 of Trinidad and Tobago, to the extent applicable and in force, and other privacy and data-protection laws that may apply to a particular interaction, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“EU GDPR”), the United Kingdom GDPR (“UK GDPR”) and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
2. When CallServ acts for a client
CallServ provides contact-centre, customer-experience, sales, support, back-office, workforce-management and technology-enabled services to business clients. When we process personal information on behalf of a client and under that client’s instructions, the client is generally responsible for deciding why and how the information is processed. In that context, CallServ acts as a service provider or processor, and the client’s privacy notice governs the processing. If you contact us about information processed for a client, we may direct your request to that client or assist the client in responding, as permitted by our agreement and applicable law.
3. Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact and identity information, such as your name, business email address, telephone number, postal address, job title and company.
- Business inquiry and relationship information, such as the services you are interested in, communications with us, meeting details, proposals, due-diligence information and client or supplier records.
- Recruitment information, such as employment history, education, qualifications, availability, references, assessment results, interview notes and information contained in a résumé or application.
- Website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, diagnostic data and cookie or similar-technology identifiers.
- Interaction data, such as messages, call or meeting details, audio, transcripts, quality-assurance records or AI interaction data where a demonstration or service interaction includes those features and appropriate notice has been provided.
- Security and access information, such as authentication, network, fraud-prevention, incident and audit records where relevant to a business relationship or authorized system access.
- Other information you choose to provide. Please do not send sensitive personal information through a general Website form unless we specifically request it and explain why it is needed.
4. How we collect personal information

6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Website, remember choices, understand Website performance and, if enabled, support measurement or marketing. Where required, non-essential technologies are disabled until you make a choice. You can review or change your choices at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link in the Website footer. For more information, see our Cookie Preferences page.
7. How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to the following recipients, subject to appropriate safeguards and only as reasonably necessary:
- Service providers that support hosting, Website operation, communications, analytics, recruiting, collaboration, cybersecurity, professional services and other business functions.
- Clients, business partners and authorized users where disclosure is necessary to provide services, respond to a request or manage a relationship.
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors and financial institutions.
- Government authorities, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security or property.
- A prospective or actual purchaser, investor, lender or successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
CallServ does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. As of the effective date of this Policy, CallServ does not use Website personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in a manner treated as “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices before the change applies.
8. International transfers
CallServ is based in Trinidad and Tobago and serves clients and users in multiple countries. Personal information may therefore be accessed, stored or processed in Trinidad and Tobago, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or other countries where CallServ, its clients or its service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual, organizational or technical safeguards designed to protect transferred information.
9. Data security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These measures are risk-based and may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, network protections, monitoring, personnel training, vendor oversight, incident-response procedures and secure disposal. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you should use care when transmitting information online.
10. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain a business or employment relationship, respond to inquiries, operate and secure systems, comply with contractual and legal obligations, enforce agreements, resolve disputes and preserve appropriate records. Retention periods vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the context in which it was collected, applicable limitation periods, client instructions and legal requirements. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it in accordance with our retention practices.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to:
- request access to or a copy of personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- object to or request restriction of certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request portability of information you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
- opt out of direct marketing and certain uses of cookies or advertising technologies;
- opt out of a sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising or certain profiling, where those rights apply;
- appeal a decision concerning a privacy request where applicable law provides that right; and
- lodge a complaint with a competent privacy or data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, email info@callservtt.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or write to the address in Section 17. Please describe your request and the interaction or service involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will use verification information only for that purpose. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to proof of authorization. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
12. European Economic Area and United Kingdom information
If the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, CallServ Limited is the controller for the Website and direct business interactions covered by this Policy unless we tell you otherwise. You may contact us about our legal bases, safeguards for international transfers or the balancing of legitimate interests. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.
13. U.S. state privacy information
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights where the relevant law applies to CallServ and the processing at issue. These may include rights to know, access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. CallServ will honour browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required and technically applicable. Because CallServ generally processes end-customer information as a service provider for its clients, requests concerning a client’s customer data should ordinarily be submitted directly to that client.
14. Children’s privacy
The Website is intended for business users and employment candidates and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
15. Third-party websites and services
The Website may link to third-party websites or services, including recruitment, social-media and business-partner platforms. Those parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We encourage you to review them before providing personal information. A link does not mean that CallServ controls or endorses the third party’s privacy practices.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology or our practices. We will post the revised Policy on this page, update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
